Rentals

The Florida Store owns and rents some of the same house models that we build for our homesite customers moving to Florida.

All of The Florida Store rental homes are built with the standard features that we offer to our homesite clients. They are all 3 bedroom / 2 bath models with 2 car garages, all kitchen appliances, washers and dryers, and fully tiled kitchens and bathrooms. The homes are rented on a yearly basis and the rent includes both lawn and pest control services.
